“Cultivating Executive Trust in the Age of AI Governance" accepted by The European Business Review
I am incredibly happy to share great news about the acceptance from The European Business Review of our opinion paper “𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐈 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞” to be published in the Mar-Apr 2024 edition. This is the result of renewed (since our MBA studies) mutual efforts between Ben Warnes MBA MCIOB and I.
New AI regulations come to help manage problems. But they can make leaders either want or not want AI, they, alone do not ensure a trustable AI use. Companies also need policies, training, and bosses who value ethics and clarity. Most of all, staff need oversight roles. But to build trust in AI, balanced leadership, openness, and giving staff power matter more.
Articles like these offer practical guidance for business leaders on AI, being based on research for practice. They represent the kind of knowledge transfer needed to tackle real-world AI challenges.
They are pillars of a new special educational series aimed at empowering decision-makers to see beyond the #aihype, decipher its true business potential, and lead balanced adoption plans that consider more than just costs and benefits.
