The considered characteristics of ethics have been highlighted as (highest to lowest): Helping the company | Relaxed atmosphere |Encouragement | Responsibility | Respect | Teamwork | Communication | Problem prevention | Trust.
I think that the value of the research sits in some critical points:
๐ A culture of ethics boosts Stakeholdersโ loyalty (employees, customers, and suppliers), according to 91% of interviewees.

โ๏ธ There are internal influences on ethics: from the company, from the employees and mutual influence.

โ๏ธThe majority of entrepreneurs (84%) think it is essential for companies to act ethically
โ๏ธThere are no ethical standards in 78% of the SMEs
โ๏ธIt is not important how much education one has because it doesnโt affect ethics, according to 69% of entrepreneurs
โ๏ธ57% believe that people with higher EQ are more ethical at work.

We have already included ethics in our CAST assessment model (๐๐pability and ๐ฆustainability for ๐งransformation) for the benefit of future clients.
