Last week I had an excellent opportunity to meet a new prospect ๐™ฌ๐™๐™ค ๐™ž๐™จ ๐™ฃ๐™ค๐™ฌ ๐™– ๐™ฃ๐™š๐™ฌ ๐™˜๐™ก๐™ž๐™š๐™ฃ๐™ฉ ๐Ÿ˜Š. A Business Transformation first before going to the Digital one.


After a full use of the #CASTยฉ Framework, we analysed the results.

The main point of discussion was why culture is so vital in the company. We clarified the fundamental difference between resilience (what the company leadership, manager, and employees showed) and what is required to support Marketing and Services Innovation: Values for innovation and Behavioral adaptation and innovation,


We discovered that in the absence of โ€œinnovationโ€ values, there is a lack of behaviour toward thinking about and pursuing novel solutions due to the concept of getting things right in the first place.


The success factor that triggered the beginning of our collaboration is something that goes beyond the single assessment results: the highlighted impact of these elements on the other critical pillars of CAST: Business strategy and Growth following the holistic representation of Capabilities and Sustainability for a Transformation.
