In the Change management discipline, there are many available resources to increase and master competencies in delivering Changes successfully. On the other side, many are already aware of the intimidating (but not proven) high failure rates of the Change Management initiatives, which seems to exclude possible attempts to get things right, apart from any relevant lessons learned.
