โ€œCultivating Executive Trust in the Age of AI Governance" accepted by The European Business Review

I am incredibly happy to share great news about the acceptance from The European Business Review of our opinion paper โ€œ๐‚๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐„๐ฑ๐ž๐œ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐“๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐€๐ ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐€๐ˆ ๐†๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ง๐š๐ง๐œ๐žโ€ to be published in the Mar-Apr 2024 edition. This is the result of renewed (since our MBA studies) mutual efforts betweenย Ben Warnes MBA MCIOBย and I.

New AI regulations come to help manage problems. But they can make leaders either want or not want AI, they, alone do not ensure a trustable AI use. ย Companies also need policies, training, and bosses who value ethics and clarity. Most of all, staff need oversight roles. But to build trust in AI, balanced leadership, openness, and giving staff power matter more.
